When given the chance, children play anytime, anywhere. And above all: enjoy the outdoors and together with other children. There is one large playground outside for children. For them, play is the way to explore life, grow up, overcome obstacles and push boundaries. In the first 7 years of a child, the foundation is laid for further development.
EVERY CHILD IS DIFFERENT
The image of a playground with a swing, climbing frame and a seesaw is outdated. This is certainly a nice place to play for some of the children, but you do not make every child happy with this. There are children who prefer to chat and play in groups, dreamy types who want to withdraw a bit and children who want to roll up their sleeves and build, play and constructively with materials. And don’t forget the children who want to romp, run and move. When identifying wishes and designing play and exercise areas, we keep an eye on four types of people (Energizers, Structure seekers, Builders and Observers). We ensure that the outdoor area is safe enough and at the same time offers enough challenge for every child. A well-equipped play area gives children the opportunity to play, move and do whatever suits their development in their own way.
