Service, Warranty & Maintenance
We are proud of our products and the quality we deliver and therefore offer a (long) warranty on material, parts and labor.On the equipment we manufacture ourselves and the work we carry out ourselves.We even offer a lifetime warranty on many of our products and parts! This is unique in our industry and indicates that our knowledge and expertise translates into such confidence in quality that we can issue this guarantee. The overview below shows which warranty period applies to which material or part.
Service maintenance
Our service does not end after the realization of the project. Even after realization, we are ready to answer all your questions. If you have a question about service or maintenance, please send your question to our service department. Provided with location, as clear as possible description and if possible a photo. They will advise and assist you to find a solution.
Warranty conditions
Warranty is only applicable if the following conditions are met:
- Correct installation according to our instructions via a certified partner and a completion document is signed by partner and customer;
- Preventive maintenance, according to our guidelines has been carried out and logged;
- Warranty starts from the date of delivery and expires in the case of removal or resale;
- The warranty only covers defects in material and construction;
- For third party products the warranty from those parties are applicable and deviating warranty conditions may apply;
- In case of extreme usage we reserve the right to alter the warranty conditions.
Excluded from warranty are:
- Equipment that has not been installed via a certified partner and a signed completion document is lacking;
- Wear & tear due to regular use, surface corrosion and discolorization;
- Vandalism;
- Regular effects of natural products, such as wood, e.g. splitting or splintering;
- Products with direct or indirect contact with chlorinated or salt water or located in coastal areas, within a distance of 200 meters from the water. In these cases the warranty is restricted to 5 years;
- Damage due to incidents, improper maintenance or improper use.

*connections of galvanized and coated aluminum and steel have a 10-year guarantee period
