Offers
- Offers are without obligation and remain valid up to 1 month after initial date of offer.
- Offers remain our property, as well as any designs and drawings.

- All prices in euros excluding VAT.
- All prices are subject to change.
Maintenance and parts
- Maintenance should be carried out in accordance with the equipment-specific maintenance regulations.
- Parts can, in general, be supplied directly from the warehouse, unless indicated otherwise.
Billing and payment
- Standard payment terms: in advance.
- BOERplay remains the owner of all delivered equipment until payment has been made in full.

The warranty is lifelong (i.e. for the lifetime of the product, until the product is removed, relocated / decommissioned) on construction, roofs, posts, floors and walls made of:

- The warranty is only provided on the condition that preventive maintenance is provided and the equipment is original, in accordance with the regulations.
- Warranty is restricted to the supply of spare parts.
- Other costs such as installation and inspection are not included in the warranty.
- Furthermore, normal wear and tear, discoloration and vandalism are excluded from warranty.
- The erosion (fission, shattering) of natural products, such as wood, is excluded from warranty. In addition, we reserve the right to deviate from the warranty in extreme conditions of use.
- Warranty starts from the date of delivery or installation and expires upon resale. The warranty only covers defects in material and construction. Warranty only applies with proper installation and maintenance in accordance with our regulations. Warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, improper maintenance, wear, improper use, vandalism, surface corrosion on metal parts or cosmetic matters such as discoloration.
- For products with direct or indirect contact with chlorinated or salt water, half of the aforementioned warranty periods apply. Ditto for products that are in coastal areas less than 200 meters from water. The lifelong warranty period in this situation is maximized to 5 years.
- For products from third parties the warranty as per their warranty provision applies
Cancellation
- Full or partial cancellation of the order will be accepted only upon written confirmation of BOERplay.
- For standard products, we charge 30% cancellation fee.
- For specially manufactured products or cancellation after delivery, BOERplay is entitled to charge the cancellation fee plus actual costs.
