Since September 2018, the Sint Antoniusschool in Amsterdam has gained a few beautiful, unique playground equipment.
The neighborhood asked for more greenery on the square, so we designed a playground with natural elements. Two Adventure Play playground equipment has been placed in the schoolyard with a lot of challenge and play options. These appliances are made of 100% FSC certified wood.
By placing different flower boxes on and near the appliances in addition to using the Robinia wood, the schoolyard gets a natural look. The climbing and scrambling courses are custom made and offer many play options for the children. The fall surface has been specially adapted so that it merges with the surrounding pavement.
You can climb the devices in many ways: the devices have tree stairs, climbing nets, climbing walls, and you can go to the large climbing device via the stilt path. By placing different courses, such as the liana bridge and the climbing trap, this offers more challenge for the children.
