Service Requests and Ordering Parts
We make our play equipment to last more than 15 years and need little maintenance. However, it may be necessary to replace parts. In the design, we take into account that parts are easy to replace. We keep most parts for our play equipment and street furniture in stock. Also parts for play equipment from Speelwijzer.
How can we help ?
To help you well and quickly, we ask you to make a report of the service request.
- You know what you need and you order the correct part based on the correct article number via the Request Form.
- You know which equipment it concerns and in the logbook you have found the correct part in the installation manual. You received the logbook when you purchased it. You can also find it on our website as a download for the relevant equipment. The logbook shows the equipment split into modules, with a list of parts and article codes.
- If the equipment is no longer on our website or you cannot find any information, fill in the form with the following information:
- Take various (overview) photos of the play equipment.
- Take detailed photos of the service request and/or the part/parts we need to replace.
- Describe the service request.
- Send the photos with the description of the service request via a service request report.
- We aim to respond within one working day.
