A free height of fall is indicated for all play equipment and sports equipment that is provided by BOER. The height of fall will determine the surface that is recommended.
Surface class 1: for equipment with a free height of fall not exceeding 60 cm. Every type of surface can be used: concrete, asphalt, hard earth, grass, tree bark, sand, rubber tiles, artificial grass or spray-on rubber flooring.
Surface class 2: for equipment with a free height of fall exceeding 60 cm, but not exceeding 1 metre. In this case, concrete, asphalt and hard earth may not be used as a surface. All other surfaces, such as grass, tree bark, sand, rubber tiles, artificial grass or spray-on rubber flooring can be used.
Surface class 3: for equipment with a free height of fall exceeding 1 metre. In this case, concrete, asphalt, hard earth and grass may not be used as a surface. All other surfaces such as tree bark, sand, rubber tiles, artificial grass or spray-on rubber flooring can be used.
In consultation with you, we can carry out the required groundwork and install fall-cushioning surfaces. We can provide prices upon request for groundwork and organic safety surfaces, such as sand, bark or gravel. We apply standard prices for rubber tiles, artificial grass or spray-on rubber flooring.
